7-DAY RETURN POLICY

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Requirements:

The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at info@palacesjewellery.com. Returns must be sent to:
Palaces Jewellery, Shop 4&5, Mohammed Al Ghurair Building, Gold Souk, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE IEMS

Some items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once we approve and accept your return, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item. This allows us to process your return efficiently and ensures you get the replacement item without delays.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
